Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Should you receive a product from us that is incorrect, faulty or damaged, we will happily offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

In this instance, please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order with your order details and some photos of the products.

If an item is requested by us to be returned to us, please note that all items must be returned in an unused and resalable condition to receive a refund or replacement.

 

REFUNDS 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund through their system.

PURCHASES FROM OUR STOCKISTS 

Please note that if you have purchased our products through one of our stockists, you will need to contact them directly as you will be covered by their return/exchanges policy.
